Traditional baked pies, cookies, cakes, sweet breads, etc. did nothing for me. Well unless you count inching me closer and closer to becoming diabetic or not fitting in my jeans.
I get to eat something absolutely delectable all the while truly feeding my body. Amazing proteins, healthy fats, unstoppable flavors and textures. Fresh fruit and sometimes superfoods too!
And, as I am sure you can all see, BEAUTY.
